The Service Points act as the customer outreach medium for OCW. OCW has established service points for the water consumers of Nagpur along with setting up a 24×7 Call Center. The service points take care of
• Request for Information viz Supply/Tariff etc.
• Connection Management,
• Billing and Recovery of Water Dues,
• Co-ordination with area/O&M staff for customer complaints
• Other Consumer grievances, etc.
• Collecting and acting upon the customer feedback on quality of services
In addition to the Toll Free Helpline – 1800 266 9899, these Service Points ensure that customer can reach out to their water utility operator in an easy manner and get their complaints resolved with minimal efforts. This initiative helps OCW build enduring relationship with its customers.
